What to include

About an order you placed. Send the order number. That is all we need to find everything else.

About a piece you are considering. Tell us which piece, and the metal and size you want. If you are unsure of a ring size, say so and we will talk you through it.

About something we do not list. Describe what you are after: shape, approximate carat weight, metal, and a budget if you have one. Use the custom page so it reaches us with everything in one go.

About a report. Finished jewelry is not individually graded by default. You can add an IGI grading report to a piece on its page before you order. It is $100 on engagement rings and $50 on everything else, and we confirm the timing in writing.
